Version History A profile that's yours

• A picture of your own: pick one from your library or take a new one, frame it in the circle, and it shows on your profile and as the Profile tab's icon.
• A profile to fill in: add a name, a bio and a status from one form, and a banner across the top with its own editor.
• Favorite genres and studios: pick the genres you love and rank your favorite studios. They sit on your profile, and tapping a section's title shows them all.
• Your profile from the start: setup now has a profile step right after your username. All of it is optional.
• Profile tab: it now shows your username as its title and your picture as its icon.
• Started when you start: logging a first episode fills in today as the start date, never over a date you set yourself.
• Clearer save errors: when a change doesn't save, a note at the bottom says which anime, where it stands now and why, instead of an alert in your way.
• Smoother list transfers: the progress bar glides instead of jumping, and the button says what's happening while it runs.
• Fixes: a start or finish date you cleared no longer comes back after a refresh, moving to the final episode right after opening an anime now saves it as completed, long captions in setup are no longer cut off behind the button, and the first swipe through an anime's pictures no longer buzzes twice. 3.7.0 Oct 5 Your MyAnimeList, in Chisato

• Connect MyAnimeList: link your account from Connections or during setup, and see which account is connected.
• Bring your list across: import your whole MyAnimeList library into Chisato. Fill the gaps, keep whichever side you changed last, or start again from theirs, and watch it arrive anime by anime.
• Keep MyAnimeList in step: turn on sync and every episode, score and status you change in Chisato is saved to MyAnimeList too. You can also send your Chisato list to MyAnimeList so the two start level.
• Smoother setup: connect MyAnimeList and your library comes in with everything else. A big library never holds you up, and the picker now shows real anime on every shelf, with stars for your score.
• New Profile tab: your account and MyAnimeList stats in one place, with Settings and Connections. Settings is now grouped into Preferences, Support and Agreements.
• Better My List: sort by the date you finished, group by year or month, and see a countdown for anything still to premiere.
• Clearer next episodes: a finished release says so, and late dubs keep showing their next episode.
• Easier progress editing: typed episode counts save when you tap Done, and finish dates are suggested from Japan's last episode.
• Fixes: My List is no longer empty right after setup, anime show as finished once their last episode airs in Japan, app icon rewards open again, the Schedule's introduction shows only once, and season labels on Discover update when you refresh. 3.6.0 Oct 2 Chisato on your Home Screen

• Easier list editing: status, progress, score, dates and rewatches, all on one sheet.

• Two list layouts: swipe one status at a time, or scroll every status as a single list. Group by status or by year.
• Schedule filters by type and by release: raw, subtitled or dubbed.
• Score and progress now sit at the top of the anime screen, with a new dial to rate on.
